A bathroom is the most trade intensive room in a house. Plumbing, electrics, tiling, waterproofing, extraction and decoration all have to happen in the right order and to a standard that will survive years of steam and splashing. We install complete bathrooms, ensuites, shower rooms and wet rooms, handling the strip out, first fix plumbing and electrics, tanking and waterproofing, floor and wall tiling, sanitaryware, screens and second fix. The failures we get called to fix are almost always the same two things: inadequate tanking behind the tiles, and extraction that was never adequate, so we do not treat either as optional. Wet rooms in particular live or die on the falls and the waterproof membrane.

Walls and floors are tiled, sanitaryware and screens are fitted, and the room is sealed, tested and finished.

Technical Clarifications

Around ten to fifteen working days for a standard full installation, depending on size, tiling complexity and whether the layout is moving. Relocating the soil connection or the room layout adds time.
Usually yes, but it depends on where the soil stack is and whether the floor build up allows the necessary fall. If gravity will not work, a macerator or pumped solution can, and we will tell you which applies at survey.
Either. Many clients choose their own suite and tiles and we install them. We are equally happy to supply everything, and we will always tell you where spending more genuinely lasts longer and where it does not.
