Drain Drainers 24/7 provides drainage services including unblocking, repairs, CCTV surveys, and maintenance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments can be made online or via phone. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
• Delays: While we aim to arrive on time, unforeseen circumstances (traffic, previous complex jobs) may cause delays. We will keep you informed.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. We do not require upfront payment for standard bookings.

4. Liability

We carry full public liability insurance. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to your drainage system or property that is discovered during our work, nor for any indirect or consequential losses.

5. Guarantees

We offer a guarantee on our workmanship. Specific guarantee periods vary by service type (e.g., drain lining vs. unblocking). Details will be provided on your invoice.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
