When you are extending, refurbishing or changing a layout, the drainage usually has to change with it: new foul and surface water runs, relocated soil connections, new inspection chambers and gullies, soakaways, and pipe repairs or relining where an existing run is no longer up to the job. Everything is installed to Building Regulations Part H, laid to correct falls on a proper bed and surround, then air tested and CCTV surveyed so you have a record for Building Control.
